D.R.E.A.M. Team

D.R.E.A.M. Team is a ministry helping urban youth through basketball. The most unique aspect of this program is it's spiritual element. Players and coaches are challenged to grow in and deepen their faith in Christ.

Traveling Basketball Clinics
CityCURE will ‘travel’ to help churches establish basketball clinics as a means to reach out to neighborhood youth in a fun, effective, and culturally relevant way. After the initial event, resources are provided for ongoing activities that will help volunteers build lasting relationships to positively impact the kids.

Summer Basketball Camps and Clinics
Each summer, The D.R.E.A.M. Team holds basketball camps and clinics. Current and former college and pro basketball players provide quality instruction with a strong emphasis on the youths’ character development.

Afterschool Basketball Programs
CityCURE can help volunteer coaches from churches set up extracurricular basketball activities at a local school, while also providing resources to keep building positive relationships with the youth through continuing basketball activities.

AAU Basketball
AAU Basketball provides a unique opportunity for urban youth who have advanced basketball skills. This program recruits teens already playing for high school teams and offers them a high level of coaching and competition.
